The Spring 2020 season marks the start of Bare Knitwear's transition collection.
"When we thought about designing a collection for warmer weather, we wanted to offer weather appropriate alternatives to serve the wearer during the in-between seasons. We love the feeling of comfort that a cozy winter sweater brings into our daily routine, therefore it was important to us that we selected fibres and stitches which emulated substance and quality. Just as our chunky winter knits do, the styles in this collection are designed to provide the wearer with the same feeling of refuge each time she puts it on."
Constructed in breathable fibres with silhouettes that can easily be layered, the knits in this collection are designed for high wear count and year around use. Striking a balance between casual and contemporary, the simple and easy to wear designs are elevated with the use of tactile yarns and artisanal stitches. Malleable washed fibres mimic favourite pre-loved sweaters and are brought to life with a colour palette symbolic of the natural elements on the West Coast of Canada.
