Tea Ceremony is a way to come together in community, share some beautiful plant medicine and connect with one another, our own hearts, and with Nature in a deep and meaningful way. The Ceremony itself is in silence, but space will be held following Tea for conversations around the experience, including whatever might be arising for participants in the moment. Sharing Ceremony like this, in community, creates opportunities for connections we might otherwise miss, including with ourselves.

When we sit in silence, and drink Tea as plant medicine, we become more open and present as a result. The ceremony itself is like a moving meditation; it breathes. There is a moving inwards and a returning outwards as the tea is poured, the bowls passed around, collected back and filled again. As we sit together, our heartbeats slow, our jaws unclench, and our minds relax - we can begin to feel into the very moment we find ourselves in. A Community Tea Ceremony is an opportunity to slow down, to be here now, and of course, to consume some beautiful plant medicine in community at the same time.
