Back by popular demand, start your year with a Mindfulness in Kokedama Making Studio Session, here at Fieldstudy. Join us on January 10th from 7-9 pm in a guided exploration of mindfulness through kokedama making. All materials are provided and you'll leave with a kokedama of your very own making as well as an introduction to mindfulness practice just in time to help you centre yourself after the wonderfully busy holiday season.
