We use Canada Post for all orders. International orders are subject to local Duties/Taxes upon delivery. Orders within Canada and USA are expected to be delivered within 7 business days; Fieldstudy is not responsible for delays at Customs. Standard shipping rates are as follows:

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced clothing items that are received back to us within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item.

All international orders are FINAL SALE. Domestic and International shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

We do not offer refunds on all other items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.

Due to their delicate nature, all ceramics, wall hangings and vintage items are FINAL SALE, as well as swimwear, undergarments and SALE items.
